Julie Gothard is founder and President of Performance Max, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in training & development since 2007. The Performance Max mission is to “partner with organizations to optimize business performance by maximizing the results of their people and processes.”
Julie’s unique value rests in her ability to understand the needs, opportunities and culture of an organization. All consultation is then customized to the organization, while incorporating best practices of the industry. Solutions reside in three categories – group facilitation, one-on-one coaching, and organizational development work.

A native Texan, Julie graduated from The University of Texas at Austin. She then went on to a successful career in consultative sales and sales management where she earned multiple incentive trips. Julie’s extensive corporate training experience with 2 global Fortune 500 companies gave her experience working with various cultures and all levels of management. She has extensive consulting experience in the healthcare industry in addition to high-end retail, insurance & financial services, transportation, industrial products and services, and marketing companies of all sizes.
